Why We Love the Secret Garden

It's......The Secret Garden, as we call it. And, it's MAGICAL!

Here's the backstory from Brittany and why we love photographing there so much:

I'll never forget the first time I saw it in all it's glory - I fell in love. Between the layers of flowers and brick with moss growing through it, to the enchanted water fountain, I knew this location in New Jersey would be a favorite for a long time. And it has been. We've photographed so many sessions at the Garden, and have been able to provide families with gorgeous, whimsical photos of their loved ones from their Secret Garden Outdoor Sessions. 

Why do we call them the Secret Garden? Because many families who have lived in town for years didn't know it existed! It took me 7 years of living in Montclair to discover the Garden, thanks to a dear friend's recommendation. Our favorite part about the Garden? No session ever looks the same! We photograph there from June - mid September and the flowers just keep blooming. There's always something new that provides an extra pop of color or layer. 

I can't thank The Garden Club of Montclair enough for designing and maintaining this beautiful Garden. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of meeting a few of the members and have shared how much we love photographing there. We are behond grateful for this local, magical place, and will cherish photographing there for years to come!
