Your child isn’t the only one who should be celebrated during this milestone…you made it, too! The sleepless nights and bottle washing and every other detail that occurred over the past year have all brought you to this point, to this milestone. You, the parent, should also pat yourself on the back and recognize just how far you have come this past year. Things you never thought you’d be able to do, you did.
